Newspapers we should add next
Tell us what publications would be of most use to you. You can be as general (Victorian cycling magazines) or specific (South Wales Argus) as you wish! We take on board all of your suggestions but are bound by copyright restrictions and our agreements with publishers, these form the boundaries of what we may publish online.

Felix Farley's Bristol Journal and other earlier Farley papers.
Bristol Library has this paper in all its variants avaiabel and it is exceptionally early. It holds information relevant to many historians. It is a serious omission from the website. UWE has a list of all the versions.

Radical Owenite and Chartist Newspapers
While BNA's inclusion of "The Northern Star," the most important organ of Chartism in its first phase," is great, Chartism's outsized influence on the political development of the country as a whole, most obviously in the development of universal suffrage democracy, would seem to merit a much more concerted attempt to include all the major publications of the movement. Two that immediately present themselves to mind are "The Red Republican" and "The People's Paper." Also, a more deliberate attempt at inclusion of the most important newspapers associated with Robert Owen would be most welcome.

Shields Daily Gazette
Please add more 20th century editions of the Shields Gazette. The library service in South Tyneside sent you over 50 years of microfilms back in 2014 (at your request), but you have still not added them to BNA.

NME
I think it would be a good idea to look at adding music papers such as the NME and Melody Maker as well as others, the stories and history of music and bands is in the pages of these papers and that is as interesting and important as other history in the newspapers on your files.

Weston Mercury
I feel that this newspaper would help a lot of family researchers in the South West Region and form a valuable addition to the archives. There is so much unanswered questions and feel a searchable online mercury would benefit so many people. At the moment the only way to access the paper is by microfilm at weston library and this can be so time consuming. I would be particularly interested from editions from 1950's onwards being digitalised.

Greater London - earlier than the 1980's please
Thanks for the recent titles - but they are mostly for the 1990's. Are they really considered as "archives" ?
Would greatly appreciate the same titles but between 1880-1913. Thanks2 votes -

Anti-Suffrage Review
The Anti-Suffrage Review would be a great choice to round out the recent suffrage titles you have included. It is important to suffrage research.
