Fleetwood C
Fleetwood Chronicle which is no longer in print contains valuable information on Fleetwood town. Available in the library on microfiche but there is a possibility the library may close. I also live in Australia so have no access at all to the microfiche files.

Western Gazette
Include ALL the regional editions for each publication date.
You currently have some editions of the Western Gazette, but there were several different editions. All were printed in Yeovil (Somerset) but their main content varied, with separate versions for separate regions/counties. At the moment, all are catalogued under Somerset, which could be misleading. A search by a different county (Hampshire, for example), might therefore not include the Western Gazette at all, even though it is that edition which you have for the particular date. Conversely, a search for an event in Somerset, say, might not find it because the edition…31 votes -

Manchester City News
When I was a child in the 1950s this was the newspaper we searched for references to events we had attended - Rose Queens etc which other newspapers hadnt room for. It also had a useful series on each of the Manchester suburbs at one time and was widely read in South Manchester.
