    I agree with this idea. Additionally, this can be solved using "Regular Expression" (regex) technology, which is free.

  8. An exact search should be just that. Don't revert all capitals to lower case.

  10. Enable download of an item or part of a page in a way that preserves the full reference to the paper edition, eg as with Kansas newspapers.
